The AICS Conference is Ireland's primary forum for researchers with interests in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive Science. The conference has taken place almost annually since 1988 and provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and the presentation of research conducted both in Ireland and worldwide.
The 23rd Irish Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive Science will be jointly organized and hosted by the European Industry University Research Association (EIURA), the Cloud Computing Research Centre (CloudCORE), the World-Wide-Mind Research Group (w2m) and the Centre for Scientific Computing & Complex Systems Modelling (SCI-SYM) at Dublin City University School of Computing, Glasnevin, Dublin 9, Republic of Ireland, from 17th to 19th September 2012.
Call for Nectar talks
This year, the AICS Conference will include a NECTAR-track, featuring significant AI and cognitive science results published or disseminated no earlier than 2010 at a different conference or in a journal. See here for more details.

Best Paper Award
Papers submitteed to the conference will be considered for the best paper award. This award is presented to a contributor deemed to have made an outstanding contribution. Papers submitted to the conference have always been of the highest standard and this year will undoubtedly be no different.
